The award was given directly by the Minister of Transportation, Budi Karya Sumadi to 148 public service units in the transportation sector, both government units, state-owned enterprises and the private sector. Awards in the form of Trophy and charter are divided into 3 categories, namely Prima Utama, Prima Madya and Prima Pratama.
"It is an honor for us to be able to defend this award which is a consistent improvement in our services," said Joko Noerhudha. TPS has received the Prima Utama award since 2012.
Various facilities for TPS provide to customers ranging from 24-hour Pandu services, Online Booking Clique 247, Fastpay as an online payment system integrated with Banking, and various other conveniences.
The Public Service Award held by the Indonesian Ministry of Transportation every two years since 2003 is a government effort to stimulate the spirit of creativity and motivate community service units to continue to make efforts to improve and improve services to the public using transportation services.
Assessment of Public Service Units is carried out by the assessment team based on 9 assessment instruments / criteria, namely the vision mission and service motto, service standards and service announcements, system mechanism procedures, human resources, service infrastructure, complaint handling, community satisfaction surveys, service information systems public and productivity in achieving service targets.
