Container Delivery Service

Procedure of container delivery service :

  1. Planning Customers should prepare the following documents :

    • Letter of Delivery Request
    • Original of Delivery Order (DO)
    • Deposit of Warkat Dana (Advance Payment) (4 sheets each) to be submitted to Import Service Staff.
    • Approval Letter of Good Delivery (SPPB = Surat Persetujuan Pengeluaran Barang) and Statement of Holding/Prevention (PP = Pencekalan dan Pencegahan Customs matter)
    • Authorization Letter from Importer
  2. Import Service Staff prints out CEIR/Job Order which has been approved by Import Superintendent. The 1 st, 2 nd, and 3 rd sheet of CEIR is submitted to the customer. Customer forwards to the Truck Driver.

  3. Truck Driver enters In-Gate, submits Job Order/CEIR to In-Gate Staff.

  4. In-Gate Staff prints out In-Gate Terminal Job Slip based on Job Order/CEIR and returns the 1 st and the 2 nd sheet to Truck Driver.

  5. Truck Driver submits In-Gate Terminal Job Slip and Job Order/CEIR to Yard Tally Clerk.

  6. Yard Tally Clerk orders RTG Operator to lift up the container from the Container Yard onto the chassis of Head Truck as per the position of container stated in In-Gate Terminal Job Slip.

  7. Truck Driver receives Job Order/CEIR and In-Gate Terminal Job Slip from Yard Tally Clerk, moves to the Out-Gate and submits In-Gate Terminal Job Slip and Job Order/CEIR (the 3 rd sheet) to the Out-Gate Staff, and Statement of Holding/Prevention (PP) to Customs Officer.

  8. Out-Gate Staff confirms the police number of truck and job reference number of truck based on In-Gate Terminal Job Slip into the computer system, and attaches the 1 st sheet of CEIR to Truck Driver.
