LAR (Late Arrival Request) is a method service launched by TPS to facilitate exporters of services (shipping line and forwarders) who experience delays in the closing time process, to grant cargo licenses can enter the terminal if it will pass the closing time has been determined, so that service users no longer need to process the closing time manually, but only need to use the LAR service that can be accessed on Clique-247.
