Integrated Policy

PT. Terminal Petikemas Surabaya is committed to be a trusted International Standard Container Terminal by means of the following:

  1. Provide excellent service to Customers and Stakeholders;
  2. Comply with applicable law and regulation and meet Stakeholders requirements in regards to the service, environment, occupational health and safety, information security, security of supply chain, anti bribery and corruptions, as well continuously improve the level of fulfillment;
  3. Manage and implement Integrated Management System of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, ISO 28000:2007, ISO 37001:2016, ISO 45001:2018 and SMK3 in line with PP RI No. 50/2012, communicate and review its compliance periodically towards the system, targets and programs which was established for the whole process and activities at PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya in consistent manner, by involving all employees, business partners and other related parties;
  4. Promote to ensure competent and professional human resources;
  5. Ensure “Zero Fatality” (no accident causing fatality) and “Zero Harm” to all employees and the environment of PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya;
  6. Implement “Zero Tolerance” to any condition and action related to drug abuse, alcohol and other disciplinery breaches, either at the workplace or at the surroundings which impacts to the Company business;
  7. Ensure that the Company vendors comply with Integrated Management System requirements, including the implementation of  occupational safety and health management system, particularly for the vendors who have minimum 1 (one) year contractual relationship;
  8. Ensure information systems control to secure its confidentiality, integrity and availability,  in international standard manner;
  9. Ensure that each of the Company activity is carried out in a responsible manner through the initiatives to prevent occupational accidents, work related diseases and environmental pollution, and ensure anti-bribery and corruption practices, by controlling the environmental aspects and impacts, also the hazards and risks to supply chain security, information security, anti-bribery and corruption and occupational safety and health;  
  10. Uphold anti-bribery principles in whatsoever business transactions and interactions with external parties, including business partners, government institutions, Customers and other Stakeholders;
  11. Improve the Corporate Culture suitable with the Integrated Management System, through the consistent and sustainable programs by considering relevant recommendations from Stakeholders;
  12. Undertake initiatives for environmental conservation, such as, saving natural resources in any operational activities;
  13. Manage harmonious relationship with Customers, Employees and Stakeholders, by considering suggestions from Customers and Stakeholders as well as open participation and consultation with Employees;

This Integrated Policy guides the Management and Employees at all levels in the organization to be focused to the Customers and ensure the constant improvement of the level of service to Customers, which subject to periodic review, in accordance with relevant changes, here shall refer to changes in prevailing regulations or changes in the Company.
